Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Tucker, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other settings. Starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6+ months of relevant experience (internships or related roles) preferred.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in trainings.
