Job summary

Childwise ABA in Ohio is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and clear growth paths for every BT.

This paid training role offers hourly pay of $18–$23, a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, advance pay options, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT)
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for Behavior Technicians

Responsibilities

• Behavior Technicians provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Behavior Technicians accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Behavior Technicians follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
• Behavior Technicians support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
• Behavior Technicians safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
