Ruby ABA in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Behavior Technicians to work under a BCBA to implement individualized plans and teach essential life skills. No ABA experience required – you’ll receive full training and join a clinician-led team committed to compassionate care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Passion for working with children.
• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and ABA interest.
• No prior ABA experience required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA with structured training and ongoing support
