First Day ABA Therapy in Flint, MI, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The technician will implement treatment plans under the supervision of certified behavior analysts, focusing on skill development and behavior management in various settings.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma and preferably have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills and an active RBT status are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Active RBT status as required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD.
• Implement individualized treatment plans by BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data during sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with caregivers and professionals.
