Lighthouse ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician who can also serve as Marketing Outreach Representative. You will visit medical offices to educate staff on Lighthouse ABA services and strengthen referral partnerships while improving patient care options.

Ideal candidates are capable of building relationships with clinical staff, have strong communication skills, and can manage a territory with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• ABA experience or exposure preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Outreach to physicians, nurses, and office managers to educate on Lighthouse ABA services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical staff to ensure ongoing utilization.
• Distribute marketing materials and educational resources to clinical offices.
• Gather feedback from offices and relay it to internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of visits and interactions in the CRM system.
