Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in completing the RBT certification process.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Education: Conduct face-to-face meetings with physicians, nurses, and office managers to introduce Lighthouse ABA services.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical staff to ensure trust and service utilization.
• Materials Distribution: Deliver marketing materials, educational resources, and procedural guidelines to clinical offices.
• Feedback Loop: Gather insights on office needs and relay feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain logs of visits, interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
