Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support clients with ASD and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, deliver one-on-one ABA instruction, collect data, and help clients gain communication, social, and daily living skills across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions, implement BIPs with fidelity and collect data.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA-designed BIPs and implement interventions.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction.
• Collect and record client data accurately.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress with families and staff.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
