Acorn Health is a leading ABA treatment provider dedicated to helping children with autism live their most meaningful and independent lives. We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for helping others

Responsabilités

• Complete training necessary to provide therapy
• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors
• Work closely with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service delivery
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as indicated
• Schedule may include driving between clients
