Job summary

Acorn Health is an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) provider seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include data collection, coordinating with families, and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

You will support clients in various settings—center, home or school—while pursuing professional growth and maintaining ethical, individualized treatment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching or related field recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Work with the supervising BCBA and team to ensure quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors, and others to improve plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school or other locations as indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
