Apploi in the United States is seeking an individual to implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision and provide direct one-on-one therapy. You will collect data, contribute to behavior support plans, and teach social and daily living skills to clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
