Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

DV Therapy is currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide in-clinic Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities who are in need of assistance to reduce challenging behaviors.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic using ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement skills (communication, socialization).
• Receive high-quality, hands-on training.
• Supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ongoing training/feedback.
• Record data to evaluate treatment plan effectiveness.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., creating stimuli).

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
• TB test.
• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a B.A./B.S. program preferred.
• ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification a plus.
