Base pay range

DV Therapy is seeking a motivated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Palmdale, CA. This role offers a chance to be part of the core ABA team, leading the development of our ABA department in this location with opportunities for accelerated growth into senior roles as the department expands.

Position Overview

A BCBA Clinical Supervisor works under the supervision of the Clinical Director, responsible for developing and implementing ABA treatment programs, including curriculum development, behavior plans, staff training, parent training, data analysis, and reporting for clients with diverse diagnoses and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate skill-building and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs accordingly
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and create visual reports
  • Train staff and parents in ABA techniques
  • Ensure evidence-based methodologies are used
  • Supervise clinical staff and manage caseloads
  • Collaborate with families and other providers
  • Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
  • Participate in staff and professional development meetings
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • At least 2 years of experience providing direct services to clients with developmental disabilities
  • Experience designing and developing individualized program plans for children with autism
  • Training in various intervention techniques (e.g., PECS, PRT, NET, etc.)
