Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We partner with families to support personal journeys and parent engagement.

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, participate in staff training, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff from weekday to weekend.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
