Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking caring RBTs to implement individualized ABA plans with children on the autism spectrum, working closely with a BCBA to support learning in home, school, and community settings.

You will collect data, track progress, teach functional skills, and help families achieve meaningful goals while traveling to client sites across New Jersey. The role offers extensive training and ongoing support in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' locations.
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow the BCBA-created BIPs to address each client's needs.
• Provide direct, one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Help clients acquire functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care.
• Create a supportive environment that promotes engagement and autonomy.
• Work closely with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress with families and team members, providing updates.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance ABA skills.
