Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician III for our Virginia center-based program. This part-time role focuses on direct behavioral therapy for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities, under BCBA supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience with children, and ABA-related credentials or coursework completion within 2 months. We offer strong benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience with children preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• RBT credential required or must complete 40-hour course, competency, and exam within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in center-based program.
• Promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
• Responsible for program development of 4-8 clients under BCBA supervision.
