Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, Horsham, PA, is hiring Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement.

Starting hourly rates are $22.25 for BT and $24.60 for RBT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. We offer benefits, tuition scholarships, and weekday training through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
