Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA therapy under the supervision of BCBA clinicians. Roles involve working with children across centers, homes, and schools, with data collection and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients under supervision of a BCBA
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans
• Schedule may include driving between clients
