Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll receive 2 weeks of in-person orientation, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development. Join a collaborative, transdisciplinary team including BCBA Supervisors, OT, SLP, and pediatric specialists, and

Qualifications

Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
Degrees: Master’s, Bachelor’s, or high school diploma with equivalent training.
Willing to work weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 minute drive radius.
Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA.
Document session data to track treatment goals.
Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.
