Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years in our Apple Valley clinic. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy, follow prescribed treatment plans, collect data, and support families while thriving in a structured, daytime schedule.

We offer full-time hours, ongoing training including paid RBT certification, and a path for advancement into leadership roles and BCBA pathways. Join a team that values growth and impact.

Formación

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace with young children.

Responsabilidades

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
