AUTISM ALLIES in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA services for children with autism. This role includes implementing behavior support plans and requires reliability, communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. The position offers part-time scheduling and opportunities for advancement, professional development, and various employee benefits including health insurance and 401(K).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans (BSP) with guidance from BCBA.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Prepare materials for individual and group activities.
