Job summary

Chimes in Philadelphia is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings, building communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills.

You'll collaborate with families and treatment teams, follow individualized plans, travel between client locations, and participate in ongoing training, supervision, and meetings. Competitive starting pay and full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience working with children or adolescents in any capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings
• Help children build communication, social, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills
• Support positive behavior change using strategies taught through ABA training
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and treatment team members to support client success
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their support systems
• Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and promptly
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
• Travel between client locations throughout the community
