Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks including child abuse clearances and FBI fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation to client locations in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
• Genuine passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on client progress during and after sessions.
• Implement individualized behavior plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach new skills.
• Apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.
