Marlborough Public Schools Early Childhood Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to support students with structured behavioral programs and skill development.

The role requires data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with special educators. Full-time, on-site position for the 2026-2027 school year, starting immediately, with salary at $30 per hour. Eligible for a 214-day work year including a summer program.

Qualifications

• Two years of ABA experience in a public school, private special education, or clinical setting.
• RBT Certification or an Associate’s Degree or 48 bachelor-level credits in education or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured behavioral programs based on behavioral principles.
• Collect data and graph daily progress of skill acquisition.
• Assist students in generalizing learned skills in general education settings.
• Implement play plans and facilitate social interactions during unstructured times.
• Maintain crisis-prevention certification and assist with safe restraints when needed.
