The RBT will work under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior analytic interventions and track progress. The role emphasizes data collection, documentation, and collaboration with staff to ensure consistency and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered with the BACB as an active RBT.
• Experience with adults with IDD in residential settings preferred.
• Experience implementing behavior interventions and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic services to individuals under supervision by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Collect data using designated data collection platforms and enter into databases.
• Implement individualized behavior support plans as trained by the Behavior Analyst.
• Report progress to the case Behavior Analyst.
• Complete billing documentation within 48 hours and reconcile weekly reports.
• Follow provided schedule of services and attend plan/staff meetings.
• Maintain BACB supervision requirements and seek onsite supervision as needed.
