Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with children, implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs to help improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

This role offers part-time or full-time options, with after-school, day and evening shifts, and weekends as needed. We provide benefits including PTO accrual from day one, health insurance for eligible staff, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
