Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement behavior plans, and track client progress to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
