Up and Up ABA is focused on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services across New Mexico. We seek dedicated Behavior Technicians to assist children with autism in both individual and group settings.

Join a supportive team where you will implement ABA and VB programs, work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and help maintain client confidentiality while ensuring safety and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• RBT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in both individual and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to carry out personalized treatment plans.
• Uphold client confidentiality and respect at all times.
• Keep your professional knowledge current through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions and in emergency situations.

Driver's License

RBT certification (preferred)

Experience with special needs (1 year)
