Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services across New Mexico. Join a team focused on helping children with autism in a supportive environment.

You will work under Board Certified Behavior Analysts, providing direct services, implementing skill-building programs, and helping families. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• 1 year experience with individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group settings.
• Implement ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis skill acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Stay current through workshops, trainings, and networking.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients during sessions and emergencies.
