Job summary

Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across New Mexico. The team focuses on creating a warm, family-like environment while delivering high-quality care to children with autism.

BTs will work in both individual and group settings, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement skill acquisition programs and ensure client safety and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when supporting clients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group settings.
• Implement ABA-based skill acquisition programs.
• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to carry out treatment plans.
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Stay current through workshops and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure client safety during sessions and in emergency situations.
