Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision, focusing on social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families to ensure consistent treatment across settings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
