Job summary

Best Buds ABA Therapy in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavioral interventions, collect data, and guide clients and families.

Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized plans. You must hold an RBT certification and have reliable transportation to travel to client locations if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable).

Responsibilities
