BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings in the Denver area. Positions start part-time, with paid training and opportunities for advancement within the ABA team.

We value compassionate, patient professionals who are eager to learn and commit to a 6-month period to help make meaningful differences in clients’ lives. Requirements include RBT certification prior to working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients at home or in community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
