Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver center, in-home, and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents. You will track progress, document data, and work closely with families to reinforce skills in real-life settings.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, maintain flexible daytime/evening availability, and can travel to various client locations while using a smartphone to log sessions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; willing and able to obtain RBT certification if not currently certified.
• Open and flexible availability across multiple days/times including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to center and/or client locations.
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or internet-enabled device to record client session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide center, in-home, and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families and team.
• Ensure client safety and follow behavior support plans.
