Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Medford, NJ. You will implement individualized plans under supervision, collect data, and support clients’ communication and behavioral goals across multiple settings.

During training, you will experience a dynamic schedule across regions; after training, permanent placements are assigned. Requires ABA knowledge, strong documentation, and comfort with diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse children across settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in designated region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation on time.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to improve outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are not available.
