Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time positions include paid training, potential for professional growth, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
