Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 4-year-old boy in Warren, NJ. Part-time schedule Monday-Thursday, 12pm-4pm, with compensation of $18–$28 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma (bachelor’s in Psychology a plus) and RBT certification preferred. Willingness to travel locally and pass a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
