Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 4-year-old child in Brown Mills, NJ. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect data, and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

The role offers part-time hours with after-school shifts and an $18–$25 hourly rate plus a $200 sign-on bonus. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma (bachelor’s in Psychology a plus), and be capable of passing a background

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in Psychology a plus.
• Experience in ABA or with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
