Compleat KiDZ Pediatric Therapy clinics are seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services under a BCBA-scripted plan. Services are provided across clinic settings with data collection, documentation, and close collaboration with families and the treatment team.

The role emphasizes completing the 40-hour RBT training and obtaining certification within 3 months, with a focus on working with children and adapting to clinic-based demands. Lincolnton clinic training is noted.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to complete the RBT course and obtain Certification within 3 months of employment.
• Demonstrates ability to effectively work with children.
• Pass a Background Check prior to employment.
• Has basic computer skills, familiar with Excel.
• Flexible and able to adapt in the moment.
• Willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Follows behavior and skill acquisition plan written by BCBA
• Collects all relevant data inside the session
• Completes session documentation
• Able to manage disruptive behavior within guidelines set by behavior intervention plan
• Collaborates with family and treatment team
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• May be required to provide services in more than one clinic
