Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will work under supervision to implement interventions that promote independence and positive behavior for children with Autism, while documenting progress and communicating with families.

No prior experience is required, and BK Academy training is encouraged to help you attain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
