Advocates seeks a Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs for clients aged 1–22 in home, ABA center, and community settings. The role involves data collection, following treatment plans, and collaborating with a clinical team to support independence.

Starting rate is $22.00–$29.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule; some evenings and weekends may be required. We offer to pay for RBT certification on the job.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or RBT Credential preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED accepted with relevant experience.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA treatment programs with individuals aged 1–22.
• Collect data as prescribed and support treatment teams.
• Follow treatment plans and assist in staff training.
• Work one-on-one in home, center, or community settings.
• Communicate changes in client status to guardians and team.
• Support toilet training and other self-care goals as prescribed.
