Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. You will use evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior while collaborating with a compassionate clinical team.

This is a part-time role with a six-month commitment. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, with Same Day Pay and flexible hours to fit your schedule. A valid RBT certification is required before you begin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
