Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services and help clients reach developmental milestones. You will work under supervision with BCBA oversight in various settings, collecting data and following the treatment plan to support progress.

The role offers paid training, a supportive team, and flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time shifts, with opportunities for growth and BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation).
• Requirements: Background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, immunity proof (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per the treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using Positive Behavior Support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
