Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. provides Applied Behavior Analysis to clients in home and community settings, helping them learn new life skills and improve quality of life.

The role supports families and individuals through direct ABA services and ongoing supervision opportunities as the organization grows. We offer in-house training, travel time coverage, tuition reimbursement for BCBA/BCaBA credentials, and a collaborative team focused on advocacy and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be over age 18.
• Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Travels to home and other community settings to deliver services.
• Implements one-on-one behavioral services.
• Accurate and detailed data collection and service notes required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years college credit or associate’s degree preferred

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
