Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavior Technician who will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, implementing treatment plans designed by BCABs and supporting development of communication, social, and adaptive skills. You’ll be backed by experienced BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
