Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD in Colorado Springs. You will help teach communication, social, and life skills, track client progress, and collaborate with families in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Recent experience with children or developmental disabilities
• Open and flexible availability across multiple days/times
• Reliable transportation to centers or client sessions
