Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home, school, and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while tracking progress and data in real-time.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home, school, & community-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Track client progress & collect data during sessions.
• Strong communication skills; patient and engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Stay active during sessions with various postures.
• Engage with children while implementing behavior support plans.
• Ensure client safety and respond calmly to challenging behaviors.
