Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Salisbury, MD seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to deliver engaging 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and collect data on progress.

Travel to local clients may be required, with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and client success. Compensation ranges from $12 to $25 per hour, with full- or part-time options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
