Job summary

Key Connections ABA Services (KCAS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavior Therapists to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children, adolescents and young adults. Immediate afternoon availability is preferred with enhanced hourly compensation for that schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Degree or coursework in Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential client interactions
• Ensure client safety and promote positive learning experiences across home, center, and community settings
