Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans. You will track progress with data collection and support growth in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology a plus) and have or be willing to obtain RBT certification. Travel locally and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
