Job summary

Headway Services in Camden, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans. The role supports skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living, with ongoing data collection and family collaboration.

Position is part-time in-school, schedule Monday–Friday 11:00am–3:00pm, with pay of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus. Must be 18+, HS diploma required, RBT preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years old and capable of passing a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
